About NetSource

NetSource first opened its doors in 1993 with three employees in a 6,000 sq. ft. facility producing just one product line, copper patch cords. A few years later in 1998, NetSource expanded into the relatively new area of fiber optics and started producing fiber patch cords.

NetSource underwent its first major expansion in 2008, introducing multistrand fiber trunks and MTP/MPO-based products, doubling its staff, and relocating to a brand new 20,000 sq. ft. facility.

In 2018 NetSource expanded its product offerings once again by introducing a new line of enterprise connectivity components along with Outside Plant (OSP) and FTTx fiber cabling and connectivity. Due to the success of these new products, NetSource again expanded its physical footprint in 2019, upgrading to a 60,000 sq. ft. purpose-built plant in Manchester, Connecticut. In addition to warehouse and manufacturing space, this new facility houses a state-of-the-art testing lab where our engineering team is hard at work ensuring the unparalleled level of quality our customers have come to expect from our products.

Today, NetSource continues to grow, recently adding 25,000 sq. ft. of space to increase our FTTx and broadband fiber production capabilities.

To keep pace with our physical footprint, the NetSource family has expanded over the years as well. From the original three – all of whom are still NetSource employees – our team has grown to include over 200 talented professionals: expert engineers, experienced sales and support staff, and dedicated manufacturing and warehouse employees.
