Product Overview
NetSource’s SOURCE+ SD1 MTP® Cassettes, manufactured in the U.S., offer a reliable and flexible interconnect between high-density MTP® trunks and LC/SC patching interfaces. These factory-tested cassettes break out 8F, 12F, or 24F MTP® connections into individual single fiber connectors and are ideal for structured cabling and high-performance data center deployments. The SD1 footprint fits up to 72 fibers in 1RU, supporting OM3, OM4, and singlemode networks, including 40G and 100G applications with MTP®-to-MTP® conversion options.
To support evolving network designs, SOURCE+ SD1 cassettes align with polarity methods A, B, and C and are available in universal configurations, enabling easier migration and simplified trunk/cassette interchangeability. When paired with SOURCE+ trunks, patch cords, and enclosures, these cassettes deliver a complete end-to-end optical system backed by our systems warranty.
