Ruggedized Fiber Jumpers

Category Overview

Ruggedized Fiber Jumpers built for demanding networks with jackets and connectors, delivering reliable performance for indoor and outdoor fiber installs.

NetSource’s Indoor/Outdoor Drop Cable Assemblies, available in 3mm and 4.8mm diameters, are designed to deliver dependable, high-performance connectivity for broadband deployments in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs). Manufactured in the U.S., these factory-terminated assemblies provide seamless transition between outdoor NIDs and indoor ONTs, reducing installation time and eliminating the need for on-site splicing.  Featuring bend-insensitive single-mode fiber and a full range of jacket constructions, these assemblies are ideal for challenging MDU environments including hallways, risers, and utility shafts. Cable types include Armored and Non-Armored, available with Riser, Plenum, and Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) ratings. Assemblies are available with a white or black jacket to match building aesthetics and meet installation requirements.
NetSource’s Pre-Terminated Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber Cable Assemblies provide a rugged, factory-configured solution for OSP deployments. Designed for rapid installation and long-term reliability, these assemblies are terminated with SC or LC connectors and built using flat drop cable (toneable or dielectric), round OSP cable (armored or non-armored), or Rapid Outdoor Cable™ (ROC™)—a flexible, all-dielectric design engineered for quick, low-friction installations in tight or congested environments.  Each assembly is custom-built and fully tested to meet customer requirements, including breakout type, jacket style, and optional pulling eyes. Commonly used to extend fiber from the distribution network to the customer premises, these cables are ideal for aerial, direct-buried, or duct applications—ensuring reliable, long-term performance in harsh outdoor conditions.
NetSource’s Pullable Fiber Drop Cable Assemblies are purpose-built for clean and secure installations in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) networks. Each assembly comes factory-terminated with an SC/APC ferrule and a threaded pull cap that screws onto the connector for protection during installation. The entire assembly is designed to be pulled through a wall, conduit, or microduct using the pull cap—ensuring the ferrule is shielded and the cable is routed without damage.  Once the assembly is pulled through the wall or duct, the pull cap is removed, and the SC/APC housing is snapped into place—no splicing, polishing, or field termination required. Built with bend-insensitive single-mode fiber (G.657.A2 or G.657.B3), this 3.0mm cable handles tight routing paths with ease. Assemblies are made to order and available in black or white jacket options to suit indoor or outdoor installations.
NetSource’s Pushable Fiber Drop Cable Assemblies are purpose-built for fast, clean installations in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) networks. Each assembly features a factory-terminated SC/APC connector designed to be pushed through microducts, conduit, or walls, then snapped directly into a terminal housing—eliminating the need for splicing or specialized tools.  If routing through a wall, simply drill a 3/8″ hole for cable entry. The SC/APC connector can be pushed through existing microduct or conduit—no drilling required—and once routed, the SC/APC housing snaps onto the ferrule without tools. The final connection is made by plugging directly into an Optical Network Terminal (ONT), wall plate, or enclosure.  Built with bend-insensitive single-mode fiber (G.657.A2 or G.657.B3), these rugged, low-profile assemblies are ideal for tight routing environments such as Single-Family Units (SFUs) and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs). Assemblies are made to order in custom lengths, with optional pulling eyes, and are available in black or white jackets.
