Splice Terminals
Category Overview
NetSource splice terminals provide secure, organized locations for fiber splicing in broadband networks. They are used for drop splicing, distribution routing, mid-span access, and repair work in aerial, pedestal, and handhole installations. The terminals are built for consistent, reliable performance and support routine broadband construction and maintenance.
The Mini 8-Port Splice Terminal is a compact enclosure used for fiber distribution and splicing in broadband networks. It supports up to eight fiber connections and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The terminal is used for drop splicing, small distribution points, and repair work, providing a simple way to manage splices and terminations in tight locations.
The OptiTap® Splice Terminal (OST) is a hardened enclosure used for fiber splicing and drop connections in broadband networks. The OST supports OptiTap®-compatible hardened drops and includes splice trays for organizing fiber. The terminal is used in aerial, pole, and below-grade locations for distribution points, drop work, and repair activities in new or existing builds.
The Single Fiber Splice Terminal (SFST) is a compact enclosure used for fiber splicing and small distribution points in broadband networks. The SFST supports up to sixteen SC/APC drop connections and accommodates splice or splitter configurations with internal trays for fiber organization. The terminal is used in aerial, pole, and below-grade locations for drop work, distribution routing, and repair activities in new or existing builds.
