Indoor/Outdoor Fiber Enclosures
Category Overview
NetSource indoor–outdoor enclosures are used in broadband access networks to serve as designated points for subscriber demarcation, drop cable management, and transitions between outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) cabling. These enclosures are installed at building entry points, exterior walls, and utility locations in residential, commercial, and multi-dwelling deployments. NetSource offers Network Interface Devices (NIDs), Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) enclosures, and Point-of-Entry (POE) enclosures for fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP), and multi-dwelling unit applications, supporting drop terminations, splicing, and slack storage with available grounding provisions, multiple cable entry options, and internal routing features. NID and MDU enclosures support indoor or outdoor installation, while POE enclosures are limited to indoor use.
